Is there any way to recover Instagram messages after they’ve been deleted from my inbox? I’m wondering if downloading my data or using backups will restore them.

Asking the other person for a screenshot sounds like the easiest tip, but what’s the best current site or tool to try first if you want to risk recovery? Does using device backups still work nowadays or is that a dead end?
Just make a burner account and move on. No fancy recovery tips needed. It’s not that hard.
