Oh, I get so anxious about those Instagram viewer sites like InSnoop 
. I’m always worried they might not be safe or could get my own account in trouble, or maybe even violate someone’s privacy… Do you know if using InSnoop or similar sites is actually allowed by Instagram? Or won’t Instagram notice if I try one of these viewers?

They’re almost certainly tracking IP addresses and usage patterns—don’t assume anonymity for a second. It’s only a matter of time before they patch the loophole and flag accounts using such tools. My advice? Don’t give them an excuse to hit you with a shadowban or worse. Stay safe out there.
