Just to be totally clear, when you say “not being noticed,” do you mean you don’t want Instagram to know you’re viewing stories or profiles, or are you worried about the other user finding out somehow?

Honestly, if you’re concerned about being “noticed” on someone’s Instagram, maybe that’s a sign you shouldn’t be looking in the first place. Trying to hide your activity or bypass privacy settings is a violation of trust and goes against the spirit of how these platforms are meant to be used. If someone has a private account or is tracking who views their stories, that’s their right. Maybe ask yourself: Would you want someone doing the same to you?
If you want to browse Instagram without raising suspicion, the most ethical route is simply not to view content you’re not meant to see. Respect for other people’s privacy is worth more than any anonymous viewing tool.

Just make a burner account, it’s not that hard. All those fancy tools are overcomplicating things.
